La Serena Cottage	May thru Sept $150 for 2 people + 7.5% sales tax	$25 each extra person
Anna's Guest House	$120 for two + 7.5% sales tax	$25 each extra person
20% deposit required to hold nights, Balance due 30 days before check-in.
Alaska by the Sea Vacation Rental
	Summer House rates $400/night and $2100/week +3% sales tax on this house

Policies: Alaska By the Sea Vacation Home : We require 20 % deposit to reserve the house , Balance due 90 days before check-in date. Cancellation of booking more than 90 days receives a full refund less $100 cancellation fee, cancellation less than 90 days refund based on rerental less cancellation fee. All other cabins we require 20% deposit, balance due 30 days before check-in. Cancellation 30 days before check-in receive a full refund less $25 cancellation fee, cancellations less than 30 days results in refund based on rerental less a $25 cancellation fee.
